For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. The Operator reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
To access the full features of the Platform, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You must promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
Each individual User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering, operating or accessing multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under an alias or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances, subject to applicable law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the Operator immediately by contacting our support team.
The Operator operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to provide documentary evidence of your identity, age and address at any stage, including but not limited to:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and approved. The Operator reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

The Operator reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: market limits have been reached; a bet appears to be placed in error; there is evidence of system error in the odds displayed; or the bet is otherwise in breach of these Terms.
Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The Operator uses third-party sports data partners to determine event outcomes. In the event of a data discrepancy, the Operator's determination shall be final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, market data or system processing, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the respective Accounts. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from genuine technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional rewards offered by 33dcom are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions and time limits will be stated clearly in each offer.
Bonuses are subject to eligibility criteria which may include, but are not limited to: new or existing player status; minimum qualifying deposit amount; specific payment method requirements; and geographic restrictions. The Operator reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus at any time where fraud, abuse or technical error is suspected.
Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, account collusion and multiple account abuse — constitutes bonus abuse. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings withheld and accounts suspended or closed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33dcom Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the 33dcom Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of the Operator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator. The 33dcom name and associated marks are the property of the Operator and may not be used without authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including without limitation: gambling losses; loss of profits; loss of data; or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Operator makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, reliability or accuracy of the Platform for any purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Operator's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if: these Terms have been breached; fraud, criminal activity or AML concerns are identified; the Account is otherwise used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of these Terms; or the Operator is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the Operator's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance — after verification of eligibility and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements — will be returned to you via a verified payment method.
Upon termination of your Account, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including liability limitations, intellectual property rights and dispute resolution clauses — shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed, as specified in the Operator's licensing documentation. Nothing in this clause restricts the application of mandatory consumer protection laws in the User's country of residence where those laws cannot be excluded by contract.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, save where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Operator will notify registered Users by email or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
